Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you are responsible for all transactions, bets, and actions taken using your account.

4.3 Unauthorized Access

You are liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or have shared your login information with others.

4.4 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination. mumu68 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate user information.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

mumu68 accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000. Deposit limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and account status. VIP and high-tier loyalty members may be eligible for higher deposit limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (8 AM - 4 PM WIB) for verified accounts.

5.4 Verification Requirements

You must upload a clear copy of your KTP (Indonesian identity card) and may be required to submit additional documents such as proof of address or bank account ownership. 5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

mumu68 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. 5.6 Fees and Charges

7. Betting Rules and Regulations

7.3 Settlement and Payouts

Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance upon confirmation of the official result. In cases of disputed results, cancelled events, or postponed matches, mumu68's settlement rules (as published in our betting rules section) will apply. mumu68 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or event cancellation.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate the platform or gain unfair advantage.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward mumu68 staff or other users.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service downtime, server maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.2 No Warranties

The mumu68 platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mumu68 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mumu68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of mumu68 services shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account in the three months preceding the claim.

9.4 User Responsibility

10. Account Suspension and Termination

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, deposit funds, or request withdrawals.

10.2 Termination by mumu68

mumu68 reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete identity verification, providing false information, engaging in prohibited activities, or at our sole discretion.

10.3 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining funds in your account balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

10.4 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of mumu68 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
